Submitted by Cyrus If you're a fan of the original 7 Koopalings from Super Mario Bros. 3 and Super Mario World, this is sad news. It appears that some of the Koopa Kids have been reduced to nothing but "sea monsters." A manufacturer in Bermuda has made some "Grow Beast" toys, the kind that you insert into water and grow in size over time. Depicted on the back of the package are Larry Koopa, Roy Koopa, Iggy Koopa, and Wendy O. Koopa. I have no idea who the other two "beasts" are. And it doesn't seem that there is any reference to Super Mario Bros. or Nintendo. |
